25 minute halotherapy session. Room accomidates up to four adults. Cozy balankets are availale upon request and bluetooth via QR Code your choice of relaxing music, breathing meditaion, or breath work.
Vitality Booth
25 Minute Halotherapy and Red Light Therapy Session. Booth can accomidate two adults, price is per person. Massage stones, resistance bands, balance ball, and other low intesity strength training tools avaiable.
Infrared Sauna
Full spectrum infrared sauna with Medical Grade Chromotherapy, which offers 96 LED Lights, 12 color settings. Starting at 25 minute sessions. Towels and cold washcloth provided.
Adult & Child Salt Room Session
One adult and child for a 25 minute ahlotherapy session. Each additional child is $10. Room accomidates up to 2 adults and 4 children.
Vitality Booth-No Red Light
25 minute individual halotherapy sesson. No red light therapy. This is good for individuals who do not want to be in the big salt room.
Vitality Booth-No Halotherapy
25 minute session of Red Light Therapy Only, no Halotherapy (salt therapy). The best option if you are going to try all three modalities the same day.
